Measuring The Speed of Light

This laboratory measures the speed of light with an experimental design, motivated by a custom simplified Foucault setup consisting of a laser, rotating mirror, convex lens, camera sensor, and stationary mirrors. Beam displacement is recorded vs. motor rotation frequency, yielding a linear relationship whose slope can be used to determine the speed of light.

Hydrological Expertise in Tenochtitlan

This is my final project for a research-based history course on Mesoamerica. I opted to make an informational website that analyzes the effect that the ancient city of Tenochtitlan's hydrological engineering feats had on the Spanish conquer of the region.
